I've forgotten my password, what to do ?
Click 'Lost your password?' at the bottom of the 'Sign In' page. After you enter your email address, you will receive a new password in an email sent to your email address.

I'm a longtime customer of Chess Academy, but I have never ordered online. Is there already a login and password for me ?
No, if this is the first time you want to sign in, you will have to create a new account. You can do this at the 'Sign In' page. Check the 'No, I'm a new online customer' option and click 'Sign In'. The password protected login provides additional security by preventing others to place an order under your name. The procedure also facilitates your own future orders.

Order status
As a registered customer you can check the status of an order at any time after logging in. You can also check the contents, prices and total sum of your order. The following list explains the various status messages.

Status	Explanation
New	Your order is received, but has yet to be processed.
Being processed	Your order is being processed and should soon be shipped.
Awaiting payment	Your order is on hold until we have received your payment.
Back order	The title you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We are awaiting delivery from our suppliers.
Shipped	Your order has been shipped.
Cancelled	Your order has been cancelled.

Currency
Customers in all countries in Europe (except those listed below) are invoiced in Euro €.
